Are you a driven leader with a passion for veterinary medicine? Friendship Hospital for Animals seeks a motivated Veterinary Client Care Technician Supervisor to guide a specialty service team and help deliver exceptional care to pets and their families.

Step Into a Role Where You Can Make a Difference!
As the Veterinary CCT Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the training, daily management, and supervision of the CCT Team. You'll play a key role in supporting, training, and leading our CCT Team to provide exceptional service to both our clients and their pets. Working closely with the Primary Practice Manager, you will ensure our team members are well-trained, supported, and held to the highest standards of professionalism and care. This is your chance to lead a dynamic team, make strategic decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Spend about 50% of your time on the floor, supporting and mentoring the team
  • Dedicate 30% of your time to training, meetings, and call center support
  • Use the remaining 20% to manage schedules, team performance, and leadership duties
  • Oversee staff schedules, approve time-off requests, and coordinate shift coverage
  • Support employee development through training, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Lead by example by fostering a positive, respectful, and professional work environment
  • Help resolve client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with leadership on staffing decisions, disciplinary actions, and hospital standards

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience managing a team, training and mentoring
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a busy hospital setting
  • A calm and professional demeanor, even under pressure
  • Veterinary experience is a plus!
