Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is hiring a Client Care Supervisor (CCS) for our Gresham, OR branch. The role focuses on sales, client relationships, and care plan oversight, working with branch staff to implement effective strategies.

Responsibilities include client assessments, presenting care plans, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely care updates. Travel to client homes is required, with a schedule of Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM in the field and office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, marketing, or business development (healthcare or home care preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for quality care.
• Friendly and able to build lasting relationships.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable visiting clients in their homes.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, clean driving record, and access to a vehicle.

Work Schedule

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• Location: 25% office work, 75% client visits

Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 / Yr
