Anchor Point Management Group seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinical team in Sequim, WA. The PTA will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, implementing specific components of patient interventions and adjusting plans to ensure safety and progression.
The role supports patients from newborns to seniors with mobility and functional activity needs. Expect about 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, with potential overtime by clinic director approval.

Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) work as part of a team to provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist. PTA’s implement selected components of patient/client interventions (treatment), obtain data related to the interventions provided and make modifications in selected interventions either to progress the patient/client as directed by the Physical Therapist or to ensure patient/client safety and comfort.
PTA’s assist the Physical Therapist in the treatment of individuals of all ages, from newborns to the very oldest, who have medical problems or other health-related conditions that limit their abilities to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives.
Leads by example and exhibits solid leadership and teamwork while promoting the core philosophy of FYZICAL.

Other Compensation: This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives and bonuses related to clinic performance goals and the sale of retail items and wellness services.

Paid Sick and Safe Leave (PSSL): You will accrue 1 hour of PSSL for every 40 hours worked in Washington, which can be used for qualifying medical or safety reasons for yourself or family members.
