Job summary

Freedom Caregivers, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Client Care Specialist (CCS) in Upper Sandusky, OH. The role involves working as an HHA or STNA, traveling between Kenton, Findlay, and Tiffin to ensure top-tier client care.

You will lead and support caregivers in clients' homes, build strong client relationships, and help maintain seamless continuity of care for our agency. The position offers growth opportunities and a stable full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HHA or STNA.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and travel between towns as needed.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Clear English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences by building relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.
• Ensure continuity of care by covering client shifts as needed.
• Train and mentor caregivers in clients' homes to support success.
• Communicate caregiver performance and satisfaction updates to supervisors.
• Uphold agency policies, procedures, and high standards of conduct.
