Job summary

Freedom Caregivers, Inc. in Wooster, OH is seeking a Full-Time Client Care Specialist (CCS) to support clients and mentor caregivers in the field.

You’ll deliver outstanding service, cover shifts as needed, train new caregivers, and report updates to leadership. A valid Ohio Driver’s License and HHA or STNA certification are required; you must be comfortable using smartphones and apps, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HHA or STNA is required.
• Availability Monday–Friday 8 AM–6 PM, with occasional weekends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps.
• Ability to adapt quickly and build relationships with clients and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, families, and caregivers
• Cover open client shifts to ensure continuity of care
• Train and mentor new caregivers in clients’ homes
• Communicate caregiver updates and performance to leadership
• Uphold agency standards, policies, and professionalism
