Freedom Caregivers, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Client Care Specialist (CCS) in Upper Sandusky, OH. The role involves working as an HHA or STNA, traveling between Kenton, Findlay, and Tiffin to ensure top-tier client care.

You will lead and support caregivers in clients' homes, build strong client relationships, and help maintain seamless continuity of care for our agency. The position offers growth opportunities and a stable full-time schedule.

Will be traveling between Kenton, Findlay, and Tiffin.

• Ensuring Continuity of Care: Step in to cover open client shifts as needed, ensuring reliability and seamless transitions for clients.
• Empowering Caregivers: Train and mentor new caregivers directly in clients' homes, setting them up for success.
• Collaborating Effectively: Communicate caregiver performance and satisfaction updates to supervisors to ensure a thriving team environment.
• Upholding Excellence: Follow all caregiver responsibilities and uphold our agency's policies, procedures, and high standards of conduct.

• Has proven experience as an HHA or STNA.
• Can work flexible shifts between 8am and 6pm Monday – Friday and occasional weekends if needed.
• Communicates clearly in English, both written and verbal.
• Is tech-savvy and comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps.
• Excels in customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment, quickly building rapport with clients and caregivers.
• Maintains a professional demeanor and works collaboratively to meet agency needs.

• Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License
