Freedom Caregivers in Upper Sandusky, OH seeks a full-time Client Care Specialist (CCS). The role includes traveling between Kenton, Findlay, and Tiffin to ensure continuity of care and exceptional client service.

Eligible candidates have HHA or STNA certification and proven experience, with strong English communication and customer service skills. Valid Ohio driver's license and pass background checks are required.

Will be traveling between Kenton, Findlay, and Tiffin.

• Ensuring Continuity of Care: Step in to cover open client shifts as needed, ensuring reliability and seamless transitions for clients.
• Empowering Caregivers: Train and mentor new caregivers directly in clients' homes, setting them up for success.
• Collaborating Effectively: Communicate caregiver performance and satisfaction updates to supervisors to ensure a thriving team environment.
• Upholding Excellence: Follow all caregiver responsibilities and uphold our agency's policies, procedures, and high standards of conduct.
