Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant.
• Detail-Oriented/Organizational Skills.
• Professional and friendly with public.
• Experience in Excel, Word, and Google.
• Excellent customer/client service.

Responsibilities

• Be on time for work according to the approved schedule.
• Greet clients and assist with check-in, balances, and paperwork.
• Scan documentation into the EHR accurately.
• Answer phones, deliver messages, and address issues.
• Read and respond to emails daily; check voicemails.
• Assist with co-pays and verify insurance daily.
• Support Scheduling and Billing departments as needed.
• Maintain office cleanliness and assist with setting up appointments.
