Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and willingness to help others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls for multiple agency locations.
• Welcome and assist walk-in clients with insurance service needs.
• Process payments and assist clients with billing questions.
• Update and maintain client contact information in systems.
• Prepare insurance ID cards and policy documents.
• Assist Personal Lines Account Managers with client service tasks.
