Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer 40+ phone calls per day.
• Resolve customer requests, questions and complaints.
• Serve as liaison between customer and departments.
• Provide pricing, product availability, delivery/tracking info, process orders.
• Audit purchase orders and ensure completion.
• Maintain records of orders and calls.
• Cross over with Inventory, Shipping, Receiving, and Production.
