Amivie Homecare in Beachwood is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to support staffing and scheduling of clients for non-skilled home care services. You will assist the Client Care Manager with day-to-day operations, coordinate caregiver availability, and ensure high-quality client care and service delivery.

The role involves coordinating client intake, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring responsive communication with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a client care or staffing coordination role within the home care or healthcare industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, caregivers, and staff.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and other relevant technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Staffing Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating caregivers to meet client needs; ensure shifts are covered on time; maintain records of availability and schedules; collaborate with caregivers to optimize scheduling.
• Client Care Management: Serve as a secondary contact for clients and families; conduct regular check-ins; assist in intake/onboarding; monitor quality of care and implement improvements.
• Administrative Support: Support managers with day-to-day tasks; prepare reports related to client care and branch operations; help implement policies and maintain organized office.
• Team Collaboration: Work with managers and staff to align branch activities with regional goals; promote teamwork and provide caregiver resources.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and policies; monitor KPIs and address issues with corrective actions.
