Job summary

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is seeking a responsive Call Center/Dispatch Associate in Texas to handle incoming client calls, dispatch service and maintenance visits, and report to the Call Center Manager. You will communicate clearly, manage schedules, and help ensure timely arrivals and customer satisfaction.

Your role includes rotating on-call duties, using Service Titan, and leveraging strong verbal skills. Pay is experience-based and located in Whitehouse, TX.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and telephone communication skills.
• Good computer software skills.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Service Titan experience required.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Flexible work schedule.
• Dispatching experience for HVAC/Refrigeration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming client telephone calls and form the first impression of the company.
• Maintain courteous, pleasant demeanor on calls and in communications.
• Ensure calls are answered before the third ring using the approved greeting.
• Notify clients promptly if the plumber will miss the scheduled time window.
• Book service appointments for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
• Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities.

Job Summary

This position answers incoming client telephone calls. Assists with the supervision and dispatching of all scheduled service and maintenance calls. Reports to the Call Center Manager.

Job Duties

• Answers incoming client telephone calls and recognizes that this is where the client will form their first impression of the company
• Good communication with the client is essential! Has a courteous and pleasant demeanor, whether on a phone call or not
• Ensures that each telephone call is answered before the third ring and that the approved company greeting and script is used each time
• Notifies clients ahead of time without fail if the Plumber is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window
• Calls Agreement Membership clients, as scheduled service appointments, should be booked to make up for any shortfall of repair calls
• Rotating on-call

Pay depends on experience

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Above-average verbal and telephone communication skills are essential
• Must have good computer software skills
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Service Titan experience required

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
