Banc of California, Inc. is seeking a customer service professional to deliver exceptional service to clients with bank accounts, debit cards, cards, and loans. You will handle inquiries, support online banking, and assist with card-related needs.

The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and teamwork in a fast-paced banking environment. A high school diploma is required, and prior banking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Intermediate knowledge of NACHA rules.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Typing skills sufficient for production needs.
• Intermediate math skills including interest, balances, percentages.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Clear oral and written communication; ability to work with clients.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls about checking and savings accounts, debit cards, CDs, and loans.
• Troubleshoot online banking and mobile apps; assist third-party platforms.
• Research and route client inquiries; complete service request forms.
• Provide support for debit card products for consumer and commercial clients.
• Process maintenance and modifications to existing card products.
• Ensure timely delivery of card services in line with policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
