Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in banking with sales focus.

• Knowledge of depository products and regulatory basics.

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Bank’s account opening and cross selling through digital acquisition.
• Grow relationships with existing customers by understanding their businesses and needs.
• Identify and acquire new banking opportunities through business development and campaigns.
• Answer questions, relay onboarding requirements and timelines to clients and partners.
• Process wires, online banking, remote deposits, ACH, and some teller transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and service accounts.
• Communicate with clients promptly and respond to inquiries.
• Support implementation of new depository programs and initiatives when needed.
