Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee delivery of personal care services per client plans of care.
• Maintain accurate records for client services, tasks, schedules, and caregiver assignments.
• Schedule caregivers to ensure coverage and continuity of care.
• Review contract documentation and align authorizations with services.
• Educate clients on policies and applicable regulations.
• Monitor daily service delivery and staffing of open shifts.
• Provide guidance and coaching to caregivers for quality care and improvements.
• Ensure caregiver training, certifications, and health requirements are up to date.
• Conduct orientations and address disciplinary actions with HR when needed.
• Review billing, payroll, and service delivery reports for accuracy.
• Collaborate with payroll and timekeeping to resolve timesheet discrepancies.
• Communicate with caregivers, clients, case managers, and leadership professionally.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and contract requirements.
