In this vital role, you’ll combine your clinical background and relationship skills to ensure clients receive exceptional, personalized in-home care.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with prospective clients and families to assess care needs and develop customized Plans of Care.
• Conduct service inquiries, care consultations, and quality assurance visits.
• Coordinate with staff and Care Professionals to ensure seamless, high-quality service.
• Assist clients in navigating long-term care insurance benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare partners.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, including occasional weekends, to ensure continuity of care.

What We’re Looking For

• CNA or other clinical experience strongly preferred.
• At least one year of experience working with older or dependent adults.
• Previous sales or strong customer background.
• Training, coaching or management experience desired.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plus.
