Job summary

Project Hospitality Inc. is seeking a Client Care Coordinator for Callaghan House in Staten Island, NY. The role focuses on warm, compassionate client interactions and maintaining safety in a 24-hour residence.

You will assist with daily living, medication monitoring, and transportation to activities, while supporting diverse clients and a team in crisis-responsive settings.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Certificate of Fitness for Coordinator of Fire Safety and Alarm Systems in Homeless Shelters (F-80) within 3 months.
  • Valid clean Driver's License required.
  • Experience with homeless, MICA and/or substance abuse populations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure client safety and provide direct care in a 24-hour residence.
  • Monitor self-administration of medications per policy.
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADL) and meals.
  • Oversee client activities, run socialization groups, maintain safety.
  • Provide client transportation to program activities as needed.
