Helping Hand Nurse is a Home Health Care agency servicing the greater Harrisburg Area and surrounding counties. We are currently looking for a Full Time Client Care Coordinator.

The Coordinator will be responsible for:

1. Coordinating patient care with field staff, doctors, and organizations
2. Conducting orientation/training for new caregivers
3. Ensure compliance with caregiver clock‐in and clock‐out requirements
4. Requesting authorizations
5. Comfortable visiting patients in their homes when needed for care management
6. Developing relationships with different Service Coordinators
7. Increasing satisfaction and caregiver/patient retention
8. Creating patient schedules and assigning staff to appropriate schedules promptly

Qualifications include:

1. At least one year of home care experience is preferred but training is provided
2. Have the ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor
