Behind every seamless open enrollment and every resolved claim is a team that genuinely cares about doing the work right. Our Benefits Administration Specialists are the engine that keeps it all running.

If you’re someone who takes pride in accuracy, loves solving problems, and wants to work somewhere your attention to detail actually matters — this is your team.

The Opportunity

As a Client Benefits Coordinator, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our client service model. You’ll process enrollments, manage eligibility changes, conduct audits, and ensure every client and employee gets timely, accurate support. This is a high-impact role with direct ownership over outcomes that touch real people’s lives.

What You’ll Do

Process Open Enrollment elections, new hire enrollments, terminations, and qualifying life events with speed and accuracy

  • Meet and exceed company standards for weekly changes, open enrollment processing, and audit accuracy
  • Conduct regular audits to verify enrollment accuracy and resolve any discrepancies — within one week or less
  • Work directly with clients to obtain missing HR data and support life event documentation
  • Coordinate with carriers and clients to resolve Evidence of Insurability requests
  • Manage COBRA eligibility determinations and process with the COBRA vendor when required
  • Audit API/EDI/834 integrations to ensure no file transmission errors or carrier discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the Agency Management System
  • Proactively reach out to clients and new hires on missing enrollments — don’t wait for problems to find you
  • Collaborate with Client Experience and Analytics teams as needed
What You Bring
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative or data entry experience; HR/benefits background strongly preferred
  • Experience with Employee Navigator or similar benefits administration platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Above-average technical aptitude — you learn new systems quickly
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy under deadline pressure
  • Strong communication skills — you can handle sensitive inquiries with professionalism and care
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
