Job description

Join to apply for the Client Banking Specialist (Reconciliation) role at Imagine360.

This position is responsible for compiling, calculating, reconciling, and posting data to maintain and produce financial reports for clients. It also supports the Client Banking Manager and Supervisor in daily activities to ensure team success.

Position Location:

100% remote

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Complete bank reconciliations accurately and timely
2. Produce related summaries and reports for clients
3. Compile information and verify accuracy
4. Update client ledgers
5. Verify, monitor, and resolve funding and banking items
6. Analyze bank statements

Additional Responsibilities:

• Research and reissue lost/stolen checks, managing requests with team collaboration, documentation, and communication with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating core values, timely follow-up, and escalation when needed.
• Perform quality assurance through reviews, audits, participation in meetings, and process improvements.

Required Experience/Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2+ years of bookkeeping or reconciliation experience
• 1+ year of banking operations experience
