Responsibilities include deposits/withdrawals processing, loan payments, wire transfers, and maintaining product knowledge. You will open, close, and manage client accounts with regulatory compliance and accuracy, while supporting relationship managers to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Client Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about banking products and services
• Transaction Processing: Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wire transfers, and other financial transactions
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of Watermark's full range of products and services
• Account Management: Open, close, and maintain client accounts while ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and attention to detail
• Relationship Support: Collaborate with relationship managers and treasury officers to support client needs and deliver a consistently high level of service
