Job summary

Truist in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a Regular, English-speaking banking professional to handle client transactions with accuracy and deliver superior service. You will build relationships by listening to client needs and ensuring proper record-keeping.

You will educate clients on digital banking tools, participate in outbound outreach, support Integrated Relationship Management, and contribute to branch sales and service goals through teamwork and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience to ensure consistent service by engaging clients during transactions and uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales process by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in all components of the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training classes and web-based learning to advance product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling workload based on branch demands.
