Bank of America in Brooklyn, NY seeks a frontline client advisor to identify personal banking needs and offer suitable solutions. You will guide clients through self-service and transactional options, while connecting them with specialists for deeper support.

You will proactively reach out to clients, perform outbound follow-ups, and maintain compliance with regulations, delivering exceptional service daily.

Formación

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented environment.
• Strong work ethic with results focus and customer-first mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage clients in-person and by phone.
• Comfort with learning new information and adapting to change.
• Notary commission within a few months of start date (or able to obtain one).
• Willingness to work weekends and extended hours at various locations.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients and uncover personal banking needs.
• Educate and train clients on self-service transactions and available technologies.
• Support clients with transactions and connect them to specialists when needed.
• Build and nurture client relationships to deepen adoption of platform services.
• Adhere to laws, guidelines, and processes in daily activities; ensure accuracy in operations.
