Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time Teller/Client Service Associate in Tallahassee, FL. The role focuses on providing a superior client experience, performing transactions, and identifying financial needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling, courteous conversation, and handling complex transactions as needed.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outbound calls, checking offers, identifying needs and referring clients to branch staff.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
