Truist Wealth in Clarksburg, WV seeks a Regular teller/customer service professional to deliver a high-quality client experience. You will process transactions accurately, educate clients on digital banking, and support sales opportunities while adhering to bank procedures.

The role requires weekend/extended hours availability and travel as needed, with opportunities for training and career growth within Truist Wealth.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support team sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and service capabilities.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
