Job summary

Truist in Willow Grove, PA, is seeking a Regular, full-time associate to deliver timely client transactions with accuracy and superior service. You will educate clients on digital banking, support outbound outreach, and help with Integrated Relationship Management activities in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will work on a 1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday with potential weekends, and must be comfortable with using standard office software and branch automation tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC and software for branch operations.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service banking options.
• Support sales via outbound client outreach and IRM opportunities.
• Understand and deliver Truist expertise to meet client needs.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and training sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
