Job summary

Truist in Florida is seeking a Regular teller and client service associate dedicated to accurate transaction processing and exceptional customer care. You will engage clients, explain digital banking options, and support outbound outreach and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to identify financial needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous conversations and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Maintain internal controls and comply with policies and procedures.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
