Job summary

Bank of America in California is hiring a client-focused associate to assist customers in the lobby with transactions using self-service options such as mobile and online banking, or ATMs.

You will process cash transactions, engage clients in conversations to understand their financial goals, and connect them to suitable solutions while complying with laws and bank policies. Weekend/extended shifts may be required to support the branch network.

Qualifications
