Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time teller/client service role in Dallas, TX. You will provide timely client transactions, ensure accurate records, and deliver superior service while assisting with outbound calls and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

You will educate clients on digital banking options and support a sales-driven approach, with weekend and extended hours as needed. Strong interpersonal skills and cash handling experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and odd hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with a high level of service while handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options (ATMs, Online and Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying opportunities; refer to branch staff or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as a secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, handling branch workload.
