U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trusted client relationships through face-to-face interactions, assess banking needs, and assist with openings of consumer and business accounts and loan applications.

The role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of banking products, and the ability to promote digital self-service tools while delivering accuracy and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engages clients to understand needs and recommends financial solutions.
• Strong knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital tools.
• Provides a consistent, optimal client experience and processes basic transactions.
