Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build client relationships by meeting customers face-to-face and understanding their financial needs.

You will educate clients on deposit and loan products, process account information, and assist in opening or closing accounts and consumer loans at the branch. Successful candidates demonstrate strong communication, compliance with NMLS requirements, and the ability to guide customers in using digital tools.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under SAFÉ Act and Reg Z, with ongoing compliance.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Less than four years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them at the branch.
• Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs and educate clients on deposit and loan products.
• Process customer and account information and recommend financial solutions.
• Originate and close consumer loans, and open or close accounts at the branch.
