JPMorganChase in Nashville seeks a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions through the latest banking tools and advice.

The role requires ability to build trust, explain products clearly, and work with branch teams to meet individual financial needs while complying with regulatory requirements. Weekend and some evenings may be required.

Formación

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with regulation requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships, understand needs, and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and meet client needs, building trust and rapport.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like mobile app, online banking, and ATMs to meet their needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
