Job summary

UBS in Newport Beach is seeking a Client Associate to join our Private Wealth Management team. This training-focused role targets transitioning US Armed Services members approved for the DoD SkillBridge program and aims to educate clients on account services while maintaining accurate client records.

You will support the team by preparing reports, gathering documentation to open accounts, coordinating events, and managing calendars.

Qualifications

• Only transitioning armed services members approved for DOD SkillBridge will be considered.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Client Associate to:

• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• educate clients on account services and capabilities

• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

The team

You’ll be working with a fast growing Private Wealth Management Team located in the Newport Beach, CA branch.

Your Skills And Experience

• Only transitioning armed services members approved for DOD SkillBridge will be considered.
• series 7 and 66 licenses
• ideally 5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• bachelor degree preferred
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information

• United States - California - Newport Beach min USD 65000 - max USD 75000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
