Job summary

You’ll be working as part of a Marin based Wealth Management team. We support high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families in achieving their financial goals through personalized advice, investment solutions, and exceptional client service. Our team is collaborative, client-focused, and committed to delivering a best-in-class wealth management experience.

Your Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Ideally 1-3 years of client service, administrative support, or financial services experience.
• Drive to contribute and grow with a high performing team..
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial technology platforms.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of wealth management, brokerage operations, or capital markets preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

• United States - California - Mill Valley min USD 65000 - max USD 85000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
