Qualifications

• General experience: 7–12 months.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex client cases, account issues and inquiries by identifying root causes and presenting solutions to leaders.
• Develop knowledge of policies and regulatory codes relevant to the work and adhere to procedures.
• Answer calls and emails, directing complex matters to colleagues as needed and initiating internal or external contacts.
• Produce and maintain Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems, including budgeting and time/expense records.
• Carry out client service activities, handling cases and inquiries that are more complex or outside the norm.
