Plus Relocation is seeking a Client Analyst to transform client data into actionable insights that shape smarter mobility programs. You will dig into numbers, connect performance to client strategy, and partner with the Client Relations team to deliver answers before questions arise.

You’ll work with AI-assisted analytics and automation tools to speed reporting while maintaining accuracy, collaborating across teams to identify trends and drive decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in finance, analytics, or a related field.
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Global mobility industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize AI-assisted analytics, reporting automation, and data delivery tools to improve reporting efficiency.
• Create and deliver customized reporting in collaboration with Client Relations and Plus clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze program results and connect insights to client strategy and operating performance.
• Assist other Plus teams in analyzing client data for recommendations, trends, benchmarking, etc.
• Prepare presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support development of client strategic reviews and onboarding of new accounts with the implementation team.
• Identify and resolve problems, and propose process improvements for efficiencies.
• Maintain real-time records in Plus systems and ensure confidentiality.

This isn't a “run the report and move on” role. You'll dig into the numbers, connect the dots between program performance and client strategy, and help our Client Relations team walk into every conversation with answers before the questions are even asked. Essential Functions

• Actively pursue opportunities to utilize AI-assisted analytics, reporting automation, and data delivery tools to improve reporting efficiency and quality
• Create and deliver customized, insightful reporting in collaboration with the Client Relations team and Plus clients, ensuring deliverables are accurate and timely
• Perform reporting analysis to make connections between, and offer insights on, program results, client strategy and operating performance
• In addition to Client Relations, assist Business Development, Consulting Services and other Plus teams in analyzing client data for recommendations, trends, benchmarking, etc.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholders
• Support in the development and creation of client strategic reviews
• Work with the implementation team to onboard new accounts
• Collaborate with team members and clients to effectively identify and resolve problems, as well as use new concepts, processes and technologies to create efficiencies
• Proactively offer suggestions for improvement of processes and efficiencies
• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with external partners and colleagues
• Proactively protect internal and external confidential information by complying with all security policies
• Maintain accurate “real time” records in all Plus systems

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in finance, analytics, or a related field
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Global mobility industry experience preferred but not required

Required Skills and Abilities

• Ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously, as well as be part of a successful team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced knowledge of Excel

Compensation and Benefits Summary

This role offers a salary range of $58,000 – $73,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for:

• Annual discretionary profit-sharing bonus
• Paid floating holiday

Salary Range Note: This is a good faith estimate based on current benchmarks. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
