Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional medical/call center training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service preferred.
• Excellent typing and data entry skills.
• Proficient with MS Office programs and database management.
• Experience handling multiple projects and strong service orientation.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
• Dynamic environment with focus on production and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Report test results accurately to the appropriate person.
• Add/Cancel tests as needed.
• Provide specimen requirements and research test availability.
• Provide testing fees to clients.
• Perform basic problem solving and triage calls.
• Order supplies and review pending lists.
• Maintain logistics understanding and ensure timely client updates.
• Document all phone calls and emails in Salesforce.com.
• Provide timely follow-up with clients and manage incidents to resolution.
• Assist in communicating with clients within the defined region and understand impact on patient care.
