Job summary

NeoGenomics is seeking a Client Advocate I in the Client Services department to manage the client base within their regional area and serve as the liaison to regional sales reps. You will obtain client updates, troubleshoot delays, and perform entry-level customer service activities across a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.

The role emphasizes timely resolutions, accurate communication, and adherence to SOPs, with potential after-hours on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional medical/call center training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent typing and data entry skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and database management.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Report test results accurately to the appropriate person.
• Add/Cancel tests and provide specimen requirements.
• Provide testing fees and basic problem solving.
• Order supplies and review pending lists.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of communications.
• Triage calls and forward to the correct department.
