Responsibilities
- Provide high quality service to clients in a friendly, professional manner.
- Establish rapport, assess needs, and recommend solutions.
- Promote bank products and digital channels.
- Handle basic teller transactions including deposits, loan payments, and endorsements.
- Balance cash drawer daily and investigate discrepancies.
- Assist in onboarding clients and referring opportunities to specialists.
