Centier Bank is seeking a Universal Banker (Bank Teller) to be the front-line ambassador for clients at our Elkhart, IN branch. You will understand transaction needs, explain options, and help open accounts while delivering remarkable service.

This role supports daily operations, balances cash drawers, processes deposits and loan payments, and works with teams to grow client relationships. Banking experience is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Banking experience is a plus, but not required.
• Minimum of six months customer service/cash handling experience is desirable.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of quality service to clients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Educate clients, retain and deepen relationships, and recommend bank products.
• Assist with account openings, management, and other financial needs.
• Balance cash drawers and process daily transactions accurately.
• Support branch operations and participate in sales activities as directed.
