Centier Bank is seeking a Universal Banker (Bank Teller) at our Valparaiso branch to deliver remarkable client experiences. You will handle transactions, educate clients on products, and support daily branch operations with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Banking experience is a plus, but not required.
• Minimum of six months customer service/cash handling experience is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide the highest levels of quality service to clients in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Establish rapport, identify needs, recommend and explain solutions, handle objections and ask for the business.
• Understand, promote, and advise on the bank’s products, services and digital delivery channels.
• Perform basic teller transactions and balance cash drawers.
• Count drawer daily and balance; identify errors when out of balance.
• Comply with BSA/AML/OFAC regulations and report suspicious activity.
• Assist in onboarding clients and outbound calling to follow-up on sales opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and protect funds.
