Overview

About the Position & Its Impact The Administrative Support position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Admissions, Business Development and Operations teams while routing all inquiries and guests to appropriate staff. Additionally, you’d work closely with the Admissions team to help facilitate a speedy and professional response to client’s needs, phone calls, inquiries, and other administrative needs. This is an outward facing role where professionalism, hospitality, and an excellence driven client service professional will succeed.

Day-to-day In This Role

Shift: We have both day and night shifts available!

• Greet all visitors, guests and clients with a professional, pleasant and welcoming demeanor. As the face of Onsite when a guest first arrives, your first impression sets the tone for their visit. We’re looking for someone who is warm, relatable and willing to roll up their sleeves and support in whatever manner is needed.
• Gather, route and coordinate all incoming calls to the appropriate Admissions, Clinical or Business Development staff member.
• Support in database maintenance, client registration process, cross checking referrals and communicating with appropriate parties
• Assist in conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, collecting and organizing the company’s mail and deliveries and more.

Requirements

IDEAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE:

Education We are open to candidates of all backgrounds, experience and education levels. After all, years of experience is just a number. That said, we believe that candidates with the following backgrounds will be well-suited to succeed in this role:

• High school education with college level training preferred
• 1 year of experience as a receptionist or similar administrative role
• High degree of organization, effective communication and exemplary customer service experience required
