Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Client Advocate in Atlanta to research and resolve complaints across personal banking products. This hybrid role blends client-facing communication, account research, and back-office coordination to help de-escalate and solve issues according to Truist policies.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, 2+ years of client-facing experience, and excellent English communication. It is a Monday–Friday first shift with some flexibility in start times.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client or customer facing experience (in person or phone)
• Excellent command of verbal and written English
• Ability to function effectively on a team with an off-site manager
• Prior experience or willingness to take part in recorded phone calls

Responsibilities

• Provide resolution and responses to client complaints with focus on personal clients with various products
• Ensure responses comply with regulations and Truist policies
• Manage a caseload of complaints in Salesforce and other Bank systems
• Document cases thoroughly and address client concerns in a timely, professional manner
• Work to address client concerns while demonstrating Truist's values
• Participate in ongoing training as the banking landscape changes
• Prioritize tasks and manage queues to meet deadlines with high accuracy
