Job summary

Róhe is seeking a luxury client-focused, full-time Client Advisor to join our New York City flagship store opening during Fashion Week September 2026. The role focuses on client engagement, relationship building, and wardrobing while supporting store objectives in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

You will contribute to the brand in a premier Soho location, building relationships with downtown clientele and exemplifying calm, professional interaction and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role with a premium or luxury fashion brand.
• Demonstrated expertise in womenswear.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

The Role

Róhe is seeking a luxury client-focused, full-time Client Advisor to join our New York City flagship store opening during Fashion Week September 2026. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong understanding of client engagement, relationship building, wardrobing and supporting store objectives, this role could be a great fit. You’ll be at the heart of our first retail location in Soho’s high-end downtown scene with an opportunity to build and grow something new.

Main responsibilities

• Support store objectives in a collaborative, client-focused culture.
• Collaborate with management to create memorable client engagements.
• Coordinate client appointments, communications and follow-through.
• Recommend personalized wardrobing utilizing key performance indicators.
• Support the store in maintaining luxury brand standards, visual presentation, inventory accuracy and operational excellence.

Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role with a premium or luxury fashion brand.
• Demonstrated expertise in womenswear.
• You’re a strong communicator - clear, professional, and effective with both clients and internal teams.
• You like to work in a growing company and have affinity with our brand.
• Understanding of New York City’s downtown clientele and retail landscape.
