You will work in a high-end environment, focusing on meeting store sales targets and consignment goals, applying product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction values, while upholding the brand's elegant standards.

You will capture customer information, promote store events, maintain a client book, and coordinate shipping, alterations, and other client needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales, units per transaction, and dollar value.
• Capture all relevant customer information for entry in database.
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
• Maintain and expand a client book.
• Follow up on shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues.
• Assist in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
• Support shipping, receiving and inventory control as requested.
