Job summary

Universal Energy Solutions is hiring full-time Client Retention Representatives to join our Union City team, serving businesses throughout the Greater Jersey area. You’ll work with business owners to review energy plans, compare supplier options, and recommend solutions that fit their business needs.

You’ll primarily support existing relationships while growing your portfolio through new business development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce energy costs.
• Recommend energy supplier options based on customer needs.
• Support customers through renewals and ongoing energy needs.
• Develop new business opportunities between appointments.
• Build and grow your own portfolio of commercial accounts.
