Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in luxury fashion retail (freestanding boutique experience strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to build and maintain a personal client book with loyal, repeat clientele - Experience working with high-end or luxury brands.
• Comfortable styling clientele.
• Strong background in relationship-driven, appointment-based selling.
• Highly professional, polished, and brand-conscious presentation.
• Full availability, including weekends and holidays.

Insight Global is partnering with a luxury fashion brand seeking a Client Advisor to support its U.S. boutique in San Jose, CA. This role offers the opportunity to join an emerging, highly artistic luxury label newly introduced to the U.S. market, where you will play a key role in cultivating long-term relationships and delivering an elevated, personalized in‑store experience.

As a Client Advisor, you will serve as a brand ambassador, focusing heavily on relationship-driven sales rather than foot-traffic volume. This individual will cultivate a loyal client base, host private appointments and styling sessions, and provide thoughtful, fashion-forward guidance in a refined boutique environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury fashion, values longevity and growth, and is excited to help establish a new brand presence in the U.S.
