Responsibilities

• Talk with business owners to understand their needs.
• Analyze current card processing costs and identify pain points.
• Recommend a payment and POS solution tailored to their business.
• Discuss questions openly and help customers decide.
• Assist new accounts with setup and onboarding through the first weeks.
• Maintain a current CRM pipeline with follow-ups.
