Responsibilities

• Connect with business owners and understand their business operations.
• Analyze card processing costs and identify slow points in setup.
• Recommend a payment and point-of-sale option suited to their business.
• Discuss questions openly and help them reach a decision.
• Assist new accounts through setup and early weeks of use.
• Keep pipeline and follow-ups current in the CRM.
