Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to prospects and clients.
• Schedule and confirm appointments with qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate appointment and prospect information in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to improve show-up rates.
• Engage workshop attendees and convert interested participants.
• Build relationships with leads through consistent communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support event attendance and client acquisition initiatives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on appointments and KPIs.
• Review performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
